On February 16 in the Common Council Chambers, Sue Buske presented the Community Needs Assessment Report prepared by The Buske Group in conjunction with the City's Cable Franchise Agreement. This report discussed the results of the focus groups that met in November 2009 and provided an analysis of the need for public access to cable in the City.
